Credit card declined?

Hello, I'm willing to buy one of the premium memberships, I enter the credit card data and click the "Place Your Order" button. As a result I get the following message: 

"Your card has been declined by your credit card company. Please try a different card or contact your credit card issuer for more info. Contact Chess.com Support for help or additional payment options."

I'm 100% sure that my credit card is valid, I was doing payments with it 5 minutes ago, I've checked the balance, everything is ok.

No, the limit was not exceeded. By the way it takes milliseconds to reload the page after I click "Place Your Order". It doesn't seem like the request is being processed in any way. Using my CC at other portals usually takes for a few seconds to generate the answer "Your request was successfully blah blah blah..." but here, I just click and get the response instantly. It seems like a bug more than the problems with my CC.

Used PayPal with the same card, worked without a problem, the exchange course is so awful...
