daily puzzle wont load

I updated java 3 days ago and ever since the daily puzzle will not open. I can still play against the computer (so java is recognised), any helpful suggestions appreciated

Hi! Sorry you're having troubles with the daily puzzle. Can you please let me know what version of java you installed? Have you tried using any other browsers? Do you see a spinning loading screen, or are you not seeing anything where the puzzle should appear?

I also have the same problem.  I can a spinning loading screen but thats all that happens.  I'm using XP.

PS It works ok with Google Chrome

PPS my Java is standard and Ver 7 Update 46

My java details are Ver 7 update 46...updated less than a week ago. Same as simonkeymer above actually. I have the spinning loading icon. Using XP service pack 3 as my OS.

Pior to this java update I didnt have the issue and even with this jave version and update I CAN play against the computer.

@simonkeymer- What browser were you using originally?

@gr_b- Have you tried using Google chrome to see if that shows the puzzle for you?

No I haven't jac 1yn and don't propose to use Google Chrome for any purpose ever. If that is the only option then I guess I will have to do without the daily puzzle. Shame really because it is the hook that draws me in on a daily basis.

I have the same problem and I still don't know what to do to fix it

@murrayleroux- are you using Windows XP and internet explorer as well?

@jac1yn, that's correct.  Only saw your message now. Is there an update to install or something else that I should do?  Still have this problem with daily puzzle.  On the other hand tactics work well.  Thanks

The daily puzzle stopped loading about 2 weeks ago with no warning.  Please help.

I dont know if anyone is still tracking this but...The problem was never solved in IE. XP configuration. So for 5 months I never bothered logging in. A month ago my IE stopped loading Linkedin so I had to down load another browser. Won't use Crome, ever, so tried Mozilla and bingo, Puzzle loads first time every time

It could be an XP issue?

I have now exactly the same problem using Firefox 35!

And I found that one of plugins was tha cause: User Agent Overrider 0.2.4.

Have no idea how it impacts but I'm 100% sure: I disable it - everything works, enable - puzzle is not loading.

Also  problem with Microsoft Mail. In my mailbox I can't navigate through my letters when this plugin enabled.
