Diamond subscription not working!!

I bought the diamond subscription today, however the subscription hasn't activated? Ie whenever I try and analyse a game it says that I have to buy premium, but when I go to the free trial for diamond membership it says that I already have a subscription like I know I do. Basically, I've paid 80 quid and they've taken my money and not giving me what I paid for. Help!!

If you purchased through the Apple store, Chess.com has to do something manually to activate.  Usually takes a few days.

Thanks for replying. I have contacted support 3 days ago but will try again now. Hopefully your right about activating it, but we'll see in a few days!

Same issue here.... pretty ridiculous I can’t access my free trial even. Was enjoying the app and decided to pay for more lessons. I will probably just cancel my subscription download another app and subscribe to them if they provide faster service.

UPDATE: One of the team did contact me 10 days later than when I ordered it, and gave me 10 extra days onto the end of my subscription. I know its annoying, but they will contact you eventually.
