error 5713 Unable to login

 I am unable to login to my chess.com from my personal computer and from my son´s computer. It happened after I created a chesskid.com account for myself and another for my son. For this I used the same username and email address as the ones I use for chess.com.

From then on, whenever I try to login to chess.com the message ´error 5713 Unable to login´ appears. AS it said before it happens only  with my and my son´s computers. I have to borrow computers to keep playing my matches.

Please help me with it.

I have emptied the chache and cookies, but without result.

5713 means the IP address has been blocked.

I don't know what VPN or proxy means. I'll try to find the answer to your question and will be back. If you could guide me on how to find out whether I am using any of them it will be helpful. 

I use an University internet called Eudoram. It is available in many places of Europe.

It may be that chess.com has blocked the university due to abuse.  They do this with IPs that many people use or are open to the public.  I know for awhile my public library was blocked.

I think is has more to do with my IP as I can login into chess.com using other computers (e.g. library computers) but the same internet provider.

If I am using a VPN or proxy what should I do to get my IP unblocked?
