Fair Play Policy (FPP)

    for some time now we have been playing under fair play policy imposed by chess.com to discourage wrong means to try and win a game, but i expect same for you as has happened in my case many of the games are aborted even before they are started and are counted as intentional aborting for the same reason my abort button has been withdrawn,thought this wasent a lot of problem if this would hold it till there , now the fpp restriction on my account has been notched up , now i need to wait 5 mins after every game,which is quiet annoying and its discourageing my game more that what its meant for. For the same reason i am not able to play at all these days.yes i have contacted support and i got a back mail                                                                                                                 Ticket #: 269666

With each game you play without keeping your opponent waiting, aborting the game or disconnecting from the game, the restriction will lower.
After playing games fairly and without breaking the policy, the restriction will stop and you'll be able to play normally again.

a little more lineant fpp would work wonders.
