Faster animation for puzzle rush and puzzle battle, in iphone app?

I like to play puzzle rush and puzzle battle in the iphone app, but the animation speed of moves is very slow. As a result I have no chance vs any good puzzle battle opponent and always fall behind something like 15-4 early on even though I'm solving them almost instantaneously, because they are solving puzzles faster than mine can load. I have enabled "faster animation" but it seems to only apply to regular chess games, not puzzle rush and puzzle battle. Would appreciate if anyone is aware of a solution to this that I might have missed.

Just got an iPhone and I’m having the very same issue. There must be more people experiencing this. I’m not great at puzzle rush but I have an old high score of 31 with a couple of incorrect puzzles. I can barely break 26 with all correct. It’s definitely an advantage on android.

Puzzle rush and battle on iPhone app is incredibly slow even with faster animations turned on. Loading and move times are slower. I frequently solved 32+ puzzles within 3 minutes on android and now I can barely touch 30 after switching to iPhone. If you solve a puzzle in the last 1-2 seconds and it shows you solved, it still doesn’t show mark it solved in the aftermath. It’s so unfair and irritating to play puzzle battles like this.!

Any update on when this glitch will be fixed.. Its crazy how unresponsive it seems compared to Lichess. If they can do it chess.com certainly can.

How has this not been addressed yet? Playing puzzle battle on an iphone or ipad is a crippling handicap. I switched from android to iphone and the difference was immediately noticeable is absolutely awful to deal with.

I just can’t get over how smooth and responsive the Lichess interface is. Playing on Lichess after chess.com is like when you get a new phone and you swiping left and right is slicker and faster than the old phone. I love chess.com but I wish the UI and Gameplay was more like Lichess.
