A while ago I was muted for an.alleged unacceptable avatar.I changed the avatar and the muting was.lifted but my ability to amend my profile and avatar remains frozen.

Please rectify this now

Further today I found that my chat columns in matches had become.disabled.

I have no.information.from.anyone why this has happened.I am satisfied that I have done nothing to warrant this restriction.Indeed I enjoy many mutual chats with opponents which I can.no.longer.have.

Please rectify.

Have tried to contact the avenues of support you suggest but have made no progress re

my two specific issues whatsoever.

In the.past I have had moderators respond

to various problems by giving.me

constructive guidance.

In particular I.pay tribute to Martin Stahl who

has been so helpful.

As an illustration here.is a screenshot of

a. Current.match which highlights the

disablement area.

I have checked the archives and have found

that previous matches played eg.in.2015

have also had chat disablement.

Bots and AI agents have provided SFA by way of support.What about some.human support occasionally ??

You should use the conversation to ask you question as specifically as possible and if the tool doesn't offer to transfer to staff try something like contact an agent

support staff were proactive in actively helping members to resolve many problems.

Sadly this no longer the case.it.would.seem
