- I got a Fritz 13 engine about 5 months ago. I misplaced the activation key but don't think it matters much to me as all i need is basic analysis of my game. So I don't think i can communicate with the develepors.
- It worked very well until now when i find out that the fritz 13 application (named as ChessProgram13.exe) just doesn't open.
- I scanned the file for any malware or PUPs but found none.(Using Norton and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware)
- I found that no other users had reported the problem. Please tell me more about this problem if you can.

I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working. Please note that the target for my Fritz 13 shortcut looks like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\ChessBase\ChessProgram13\ChessProgram13.exe" -Fritz13
Notice the "-Fritz13" at the end of the shortcut. However, that shouldn't make a difference. I tried double-clicking on the ChessProgram13.exe file and that also started the program just fine.
today i bought fritz 13, installation went well, but after i try to open it, computer says that there is one file is missing, try to reinstall the app. however it doesnt help. does anyone knows what to do?
