I can only see other players games of games they played against me. Does any membership level come with the ability to see all games (or at least those within a certain recent time frame) of any other player?
Platinum and Diamond have access to other player's archives, according to the upgrade page (hover over the Game Explorer option there). It says Gold has limited access; my guess is mabye that last 90 days worth.
I got a 1 month diamond membership. Doesn't look like games explorer can search for user ids,...only titled players names. so it doesn't appear that there is a way to see completed games of another player. On fics you can by going to ficsgames.org. ??
idk about lower memberships, but I can see other people's archives. You can't get there through game explorer though, you have to go to their profile and the menu on the left has an option for "explore games"(its just under "add to my friends list"), that will open game explorer to explore their games.
I've got gold membership and can see other people's games via their profile as SeanEnglish describes.
I find it easiest to select all the games per page and download the group as a pgn file and view the games on my desktop machine.
I've read in another forum that the Game Explorer feature is somewhat sketchy.
Thanks SeanEnglish and ipcress12. That works for me. You don't have to go to game explorer. There's a Game tab at the top of a players profile. You can select that. Interestingly, there's then a "show more" link at the bottom that brings up "Game Archive". Here, entering a player's profile does bring up all his/her games. If you get to this same page ("Game Archive") starting from your games list, it must automatically put a filter on to just show your games vs the player. Only problem I have now is that the Game tab on my Android tablet doesn't show any games. Guess I'll have to contact support.
No problem BFskinner. I don't know what to tell you about your tablet though(other than I would imagine it has been hard for website developers to keep up on coding with the vast influx of new operating systems accessing the internet due to tablets and smartphones).

You should be able to see anyone's archive, regardless of their membership level.
