Depends on how you disabled your chat? For one game, once disabled, you can't re-enable.
If you changed your main settings, then you just need to go in and change them back. If you have never been able to chat then you likely never verified your e-mail address.
problem is that i didnt do anything (like change my main settings). But now once more i can chat in live game. unfortunally i dont know why?

Then it is very likely that you were muted. If you received a chat warning and received a second one in a short time period then the system will automatically mute you.

The site tracks warnings and mutes. I've only hit the filter one time and I don't recall exactly what it looks like on that end but I know there is a notification in the console and I want to say by popup or a message in the chat window.
there is very intersting alternative option to this filter- disable chat; we have double filter: public and private; may be there is also protected- there is necessary to test it, lol
I can chat when I use the mobile app, but not when playing from my PC. I am new to the site. I have never been rude so to my knowledge I have never been muted. Also, I signed up using my Google account and the email I received never had a confirmation link. Not sure what to do. I've only use the site for 2 days and played about 40 games.

If you wanna play and do chatting with your opponent at the same time, then I know the right thing for you. All you have to do is, click on the 'Play' option appearing on the left hand side of that vertical bar of options, hover your cursor over it so that the sub-sections in it can appear. And then select 'live chess', you'll be able to play and chat simultaneouly.
This answer works for those, who have done 'everyone' in the settings for chat and still aren't able to get past that 'chat disabled' message.

@richlyivanovagbodedji, it looks like the chat is disabled (by you or your opponent) for that game. As far as I know, it can't be enabled for the same game again, but, it'll be enabled by default in the next game.
One Person can chat, the other can't reply. I have checked thoughly at my friend's home. We both reset the app and logged in. It worked but just once. Again same problem. Its bug in the System. That should be reported to software developer support. Its annoying.
