Game Review/Analysis not working?

Hello, I've recently started playing chess.com (and chess altogether) purely because of the amazing post-match analysis/game review interface that coaches and shows me my mistakes and what I could have done better with some extras as shown below:

Bad news are, this is literally the only game I got it working on the PC (I'm playing against an IRL friend here don't know why it makes a difference) but none of the other matches work. I tried pretty much everything and looked pretty much everywhere for a fix. Is this a paid feature on the PC or some setting I'm not aware of? I really wanted to start playing on the PC due to the amount of miss clicks I do on my phone. I even sent a ticket but got not response so far. Here's a picture of it "not working":

You should get one full Game Review per day as a non-premium member

Yes, every move will have buttons and classifications if you're on a full review. If you've already completed your daily full review, the moves will not have any of those, just the eval

But it doesn't have the eval or the icons. I just checked in with my friends and they have the icons showing for them and none of them are paid users.

As mentioned, basic members don't get unlimited full reviews. For games that have the full review ran on them, they should show, but any basic review completed  after the daily limit is reached, will not have move classifications in the move list or the buttons

These buttons right? Because they show for my friends unlimitedly and also on my mobile app.

It's possible the apps are working differently, but on the web, a basic low depth review doesn't provide those options, after the daily allowance for full reviews has already completed.

For my part, I do have diamond membership but the icons don't show up on my phone either, do anyone have any idea how to fix this please?

You have to choose a flair on phone sometimes doesnt update

I saw the post. Reviews are 100% server side so nothing client side would fix it. Though I've just run that game without any issues.
