Bots are no longer in Live and Play > Computer doesn't currently save games. I think the feature will be added in the future, but will require manually saving.

There is an option to save games, but you have to do each game.

If you mean rated play against bots, unlikely.
No not rated play, but the abiy to saved games played with bots.
so that if I play a particularly interesting or instructive game with a bot, I could save it for later analysis.

That's still possible.

If you're on the website, you can manually save it or run a Game Review. If you're on Android, there's a way to add to the archive after the game ends, in the menu. I don't know if it's available on iOS yet.
