Is there a way to get a pgn file from a live chess game so that I can plug it in to Shredder?

Hi, if you go to your "Games Archive" in live chess you can click"View" and then get the pgn no problem

birdboy1

go to this page: http://www.chess.com/livechess/myhome.html

click on the game you want the pgn of

there should be a link next to the board for "download pgn"

Go to PLAY - Live chess

You should see your past games listed. On the right hand side of each line you'll see a check box labeled "view". Click on the one you want, it will open. On the right side with the controls, you'll see "flip board", "analyze", "get pgn" and some other stuff. click on get pgn. A window will open asking you if you want to save it or open it with something. Save it. You can open it using notepad assuming you're a windows user.

Didn't realize it was that easy.  Sorry for the noobish question, and thanks for all the quick responses.

sirness was really clear and concise in his direction! respectable. mark of a clear thinker and a strong chess player, perhaps.
