Gif download not working?

I've tried to use the new feature which makes a gif of any of our games in our archive.

However, when the game is ready, and I try to download the gif, it opens another window, with the gif running.

If I save the gif, I have a gif file of about 225 kb, but it doesn't show the entire game if I upload it in facebook.

Any suggestion? And with which program should we see the animated gif?

You should be able to see the gif in any program that supports them, such as browsers.

Zinno2017.. i have the same issue. i use to be able to download and share on G+ animated gif of my games by visiting archive and now i cant share them. anyone know how to share a game via animated gif on social media?

Does anyone know if we will be able to generate gifs again ?

Dear Chess Fans,

You have to be at the last move of the game before you can press the "gif" button in the share tab.  If you do it this way, chess.com will generate a gif link.

Why did you guys change, how we make and share the Gif. It was perfect!!!! Not to be rude, I just don't understand how to do it anymore. I can't figure out the new way of doing it. It says Invalid PGN or URL.
