Gold member but still don’t have unlimited puzzles!

Hello,
I have a gold subscription for a few years now but wasn’t active on the app for the last few months. Since the subscription renew automatically, it appears to be valid until the end of this year (2023). Still I get prompted to upgrade to at least gold member for unlimited puzzles once the daily allowance is exceed… so why do I pay for it if it doesn’t work

The site modified plans on September 1st, 2022. Those plans were for new premium subscriptions. Premium members that had a subscription already kept their existing plan features and pricing.

You'll need to contact Support directly using the Help option in the menu.

Some purchase methods have the old plans and pricing and on those gold doesn't have unlimited puzzles.
