gold membership not working?



The old gold membership, which it appears you’re subscribed to has:
25 Puzzles per Day
5 Puzzle Rush per Day
Interactive Lessons (Beginner)
Game Report & Analysis

You may contact support and they might be able to move you to the newer plan, that doesn't have the older feature set but at the higher price.

That's not the only change. On the old plans the Video library was only unlimited to Diamond and on new plans it's all premium.
I feel kinda ripped off. I paid for the gold level and didn’t get the unlimited lessons as promised. I stupidly upgraded to Platinum which also promised unlimited lessons and still didn’t receive them. This just happened today so it’s not on the old plan. Is this some sort of scam or just a glitch?
