It happens when you play while you are logged out of your account. You play as a “Guest”, and have many numbers, and the same to your opponents. Since it isn’t an account (It is just a “Guest”) it says missing page.

When I go to live chess and open challenges, sometimes I play against a Guest followed by random numbers. When i play them and click their profile picture, it says missing page. I something wrong?
