and deny other options offered by the bot and ask to connect to agent

that will connect you to human staff via mail

There's no premium in this account so it could be attached to a different one. You should contact Support directly using the option in the menu and be sure to choose the billing/refund related option.

If you have an email attached to an app store account, it's very possible it is on a different chess.com account.

Either way, staff should be able to assist.
