My first id (this one is second as my first one got closed)

My chess.com id got closed and I even sent a appeal, what would me the best, sending a appeal or accepting my mistake , my id got closed due to not following the rules of fair play, but i did not break any rules, so, i send a appeal too, but is has been more then 24 hours but they have not responded, i have been playing on that id since 1 year and i had  a rating of 900+ and I usally use chess.com for puzzle , which i have a rating of 1350+ , but after send a appeal i saw some forum about that which said if i agree to my mistake they would give me a chance is that true????? what are the chances

It can take a few days for staff to get back to you. Though, most appeals for fair play closures are not granted.

If the appeal is not granted, your old account won't be reopened, but you can get a second chance account
