You should use the "Bug Report" tool to send a screenshot of your problem to the developers. It is on the Help Menu.

If you are using an app, there is a "Report Problem" link in the app settings.

I am using an ipad.

Basically, your site is not working anymore with any of the browsers I have tried (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc).

I am just able to play the games, but unable to use practically any of the other extra functionalities in theory offered by chess.com (including the analysis of the games). Nearly nothing works, including the "report bug" button. 

It is not my site.  Posting to an unrelated thread will not help you since it is very unlikely that staff is reading all old threads.

On the apps, there is a "report problem" link in the settings.

please tell me how did black win the game when I was the only piece that moved my white pawn and I lost the game how could that go on

This forum is not answered by staff from Chess.com.  It is answered by other users (like you).  We have no special powers. 

Many questions have been asked previously. The search function will help you find them.

If search doesn't come up with anything, the usual procedure is for you to start your own new topic, rather than just appending to a previous one.

The games will be the same and the pairings and results will show in your archive. It is possible that rating change got bugged on the app; I've had that happen in the past.

Okay I'm not sure if this is the place to find out the problem is, but I have a friend on my friends list and I've been trying to play a live game with him a timed live game I am able to play a day by day game with him but everytime I go to get him to play a live game it says he is not currently available to play alive game now he is online and showing available now playing on my mobile does that make a difference? I just want to play a live game with him a 30-minute game please if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it

He has to be in live chess. You can see your friends on the Friends tab in live chess.

• Ok so i found on the web site where the live games are at.. Now what about the chess.com app? Where is the live games there? Cant seem to locate live games on the app

What do you mean? The app doesn't have a seek graph or list of Live games. You just go to Play and hit the orange + and choose a Live time control (hitting the time control will open up a screen to choose one if the default/last choice played isn't sufficient), then hit Play. Or you can hit Create Challenge to do the same and tweak some setting from default.

Ok thnk you fot your help.. I found the orange + sign and at the bottom says play friends.. Yhnx so much
