7 days premium account is a trick

Same thing happened to me, they've been ignoring my request to refund, under the 30 day money back guarantee for 8 days now!

It's not a trick.

You just didn't cancel in time.

The 7 day trial offer says that if you cancel within 7 days, "before the 7 days are over", you will not get charged.  

That's pretty clear. 

It's not even in tiny print.

At any rate, they will still let you cancel but you need to be a little patient to get your refund. Support is swamped because of the surge in demand owed to the coronavirus. 

You will get your refund.  I have been a member for years and people have always gotten their refunds.

They aren't ignoring it. They are running behind. Be a little patient.

I was pretty sure I cancelled it on the sixth day though, but ye I'll just wait for their response, I was just worried that they missed my message. But thanks!

Your profile says you got a diamond membership on June 10th.   Today is the 29th.  

So you are saying you canceled by the 16th?

But 8 days ago was the 21st.

Same thing happened to me, i missed the yearly thing then it took my money after 7 days. I contacted them on 21 june(i replied few times) but still waiting for an answer but i feel like no one will answer or they don't even care.

I have 10 Day now and 3 days from when i writed my coment.. Și far no one care... Contacte my bank card and they told ME to come back în a few days and if chess.com keeps being like this The bank Will not sens The money, at this money The moneys are stilul în my account stucked for 8 more days.. I sugest you to do same thing

They just took the money yesterday? They took more money? I am confused.

When I did my 7 day trial, I cancelled 5 minutes after I got it. Prevents stuff like that from happening. 

It's your fault, and yes, chess.com will be difficult with you for your mistake.

No they took just one time the money 2 days and some hours ago and i wrote them but no one responded until now. If anyone is from chess.com here and see messages i will respond for more details if anything is not clear other than that i won't lose more time for nothing... i mean u cannot do anything so good luck have fun to your puzzle rush
