I'm wondering if I can continue a game in progress by switching from a plateform to another ?
Sometimes I play on my computer and I would love to be able to leave and continue the game from my smartphone. And same on the other way. Is it possible to synchronise them ? When I'm connected on both, it's just like two open session, not related.

You could make a move. Disconnect on one and try to reconnect on the other.
You only have a brief time to reconnect. I think it's only one minute.
