To simply hide these awards just unshowcased them. How to unshowcased? Simply click the trophy and see the options that has negative sign beside the trophy, and to add them back simply featured them in showcase. Featuring them in showcase will display them in your profile. I hope it helps if you're a type of person who also wants some privacy!
That just removes it from your showcase. They still can be seen by going to the awards page.
