Hello Team, is it possible to hide/delete past game history ? Also is it possible to reactivate the closed account ?

Abhinav

I think deleting past games is not possible anymore. Opening a closed account is possible though.

Just write to support@chess.com and they'll help you.

  1. I havent got any response from them.till now...is there any other way where I can contact them ..like support phone number ?
Abhinav

The support team is currently swamped with requests because of some bugs that the app has, and it's the holiday season as well... So they may be taking a little longer than usual.

I don't think they have a support phone number, but you can open a ticket through the link below~

If you'll be a little more patient, I'm sure they'll reach out to you.

Thanks for your help !

It's never been possible to delete or hide games.

Our games remain forever as permanent memorials to our incompetence.

Some are analysing my games and the way I play and using it against me in tournaments .it should not be the case and they should win against me by thier own tactics..

Preparing for your opponents is not uncommon. If you don't want people to be able to prepare for you, you have to remain completely anonymous online, but you still won't be able to hide your games. If someone figures out who you are, they'll be able see the games.
