how can I get in contact with the moderator ?

while  I was playing with a guy  he began to curse me and then he blocked me ! I anounced the community he is a major [not appropriate in chat, not appropriate here -- MOD] and the moderator told me that I cannot do this .So first of all: how can I get in contact with the moderator second : how  can I protect myself from [removed -- MOD] ? 

I'm not showing anything on your account. Were you just verbally warned?

Read through that link, which is essentially the same one David provided you. It explains how to block users, turn off chat, and ultimately how to report if the situation warrants it.
