how do I become a moderator for chess.com?

Your accounts not old enough to apply. You have to provide things like some sort of ID to prove your age and identity to the chess.com staff.
There's various occupations u could have within the staff team. Developer, moderator, forum moderator etc etc.

Moderators moderate forum content, Live chat, online streaming chat and some profile content. Some only do forums, some do Live, some do streaming services. Some do all those. You have to be at least 18 and have been a member for at least a year, with no major issues with staff/mod actions (account is in good standing).
Most moderators are volunteers. Staff are different and those positions you apply for and work as a real job.

Pls can any body pls make me a moderator
You don't meet the requirements. You have at least a year to wait and then would need to apply when the site is looking for moderators.

@Martin_Stahl Hello, Are you a paid moderator or volunteer? (I am asking out of curiosity) Thanks!
Almost all the moderators are volunteers, though I think there are a couple that are paid for moderation and have Staff icons. I'm not getting paid for being a moderator.

That guy joined yesterday and wanted to become a moderator.
He closed his account already.

It means you are a businessman/self-employer/ working for a company, firm etc./farming in your own land/farming on a leased land for your expenses and for your family and doing moderation as a volunteer for a long time for chess.com. That is very interesting! Also, I came to know any moderator will have Staff icons if they are being paid. But, I am also sure that Erick have employed a few paid workers secretly without any Staff icons to know what is happening in chess.com. They are here and everywhere in chess.com giving information very secretly to Erick using other channels other than chess.com. Every company in the world will do the same for the company's over all development.
