How do I cancel my subscription?

I've had a lot of problems lately with my IoS devices freezing mid-game, and I end up losing the games of course.  I mentioned it in a forum post but got no logical reply.

So just now I logged on and I get a message from chess.com telling me not to disconnect during a game as it was unfair on the other players, like I'm some kind of ****ing cheat or something!!!

I am seriously ****ing mad about this and want nothing more to do with this website.  Can I get a refund?

If the IOS device is freezing, why not play on a regular computer? I never have any problems with games freezing.

The fair play messages pop up automatically when someone disconnects. It's nothing personal. I don't know how frequently your opponents have disconnected from games with you but it used to be a huge problem before they instituted their Fair Play policy which puts frequent disconnectors in a special pool with other frequent disconnectors-- it must be hell.

If you have to leave, you can turn off the autorenewal under the account settings but since you've been a member for at least a year, I don't think that you can get a refund.

My trial subscription moved into a subscription without warning. I would like to cancel any subscription with chess.com

Yes but posting in a five year old thread can't change that.
