Maybe the image is too large, or a format that isn't acceptable. If you can edit the photo, crop it to 200x200 pixels in size, and make sure it's a common format, like JPG.

how do i change my profile picture

i tried using 200x200 pixels but my computer only lets me use 200x133 pixels and i tried that but when i click save changes nothing happens

If you go onto your homepage.
Click on the area that shows your current avatar. This opens your 'Edit Profile page.

Ok, from here, you will see a box marked "Browse" click on that and a box appears showing you different files and programs on your own computer. What you need to do, is locate the photo you want to add as your new avatar.
The image must be 100 x 100 pixels and must be either a gif, jpeg or png image
If its on your computer desktop, click on the photo, then on "ok" on that box.
This then enters the text location into that Browse box ..
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the box marked "Save Changes"
Go back onto your homepage, and press the keyboard keys Ctrl and F5 and your picture should then appear :)

i want to change my profile picture but nothing is happening when i click on browse and i choose my picture it has the name of my picture for example like:IMG_2324 or something like that but the picture doesn't show and i click on save changes and my picture stays the same
