This is probably an issue with Java, which is what the computer application uses. First, try updating Java. Then, try looking in Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Plug-ins > Manage exceptions. If you don't find anything, it might be your anti-virus.
How do I change security settings?

I tried to update Java but it says I already have the latest update. I went into the settings and it's set to Allow All Sites to Run Javascript

Now I'm down to the anti virus, which is Norton. How do I change the settings to allow the application to run. There isn't any "click here to allow application to run on chess.com"

Javascript is not Java. They just have similar names. If you still can't find anything under Chrome's settings, here's a forum link for your antivirus:

Thank you. That worked. Don't know how long till the settings suddenly change again. My Java security settings were on high which is the recommanded setting and I had www.chess.com on the exception list meaning it was supposed to be allowed, why it wasn't allowed I don't know
I'm trying to finish a game via the computer but Google Chrome has decided that the application can't be trusted and has blocked it. It doesn't say how to unblock it.
