how do I change the chessmen on my chess.com app please?

I managed to change them a while back but I cannot remember how to do it . Anyone know how please?

Tap the menu icon (3 horizontal bars at the top left corner). Tap settings, then tap theme. Tap custom (should be the first choice). From there you can change the pieces, board, and background.

There is no built in support for user defined piece sets 

Can I change the pieces and board in variants?

On /variants, yes. Just hit the settings icon when on that page and then Themes & Colors. There are only 4 piece sets but you can customize colors by clicking the appropriate option and then choosing the color you want.

Go to the home page top right click the gear then you will see board and pices you can change it there

There's a Custom option where you can change individual settings

when you gonna fight with a Bot. How do you customize board in PC? there is no customize button

Withe the exception of the April bots and MrBeast, the bots use your board and piece set configured in your settings.
