how do I contact Staff?

My opponent has gone on vacation and he has a totally lost position.  I need some help from the staff.

Help, I cannot make any moves, my pieces get stuck to my pointer in all my games. Please help. I can't use tactic trainer either. I really want to play this weekend.

i have a question, can I change my picture on my chess profile or do i have ot upgrade my account. thanks :)(

Bottom of page..."Help and support"( or help top right). I believe u can change your picture without staff o.k.---your username is a different story 

If you go onto your homepage.

 Click on the area that shows your current avatar. This opens your 'Edit Profile page.

Ok, from here, you will see a box marked "Browse"  click on that and a box appears showing you different files and programs on your own computer. What you need to do, is locate the photo you want to add as your new avatar.

The image must be 200 x 200 pixels and must be either a gif, jpeg or png image

If its on your computer desktop, click on the photo, then on "ok" on that box.

This then enters the text location into that Browse box ..

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the box marked "Save Changes"

Go back onto your homepage, and  press the keyboard keys Ctrl and F5 and your picture should then appear :)

now I finally changed it :)

I wish to upgrade my account to premium,but not until 3-3-13.Please assist me.

Everything is working fine except for the videos. I can't see the board and pieces!

Never mind, it's working. All I had to do was maximize it and it was running properly.

I have chlallengers, but I can't seem to fing them on the page.  I have a red three at the top, but when I click it no challengers show up (along side of the messages).

If they have an SA, that SA would need to add you. As the group doesn't have one, I can do it for  you.

Something or someone is stopping my peaches from moving.  What could this be?  And how to fix it.
