When I try to join a team match, I get this message. Precisely how long/how many games must I play in order to be eligible for team matches?
You are currently unable to join this match. In order to protect matches, players who are new to Chess.com must be active on the site before they can join. Once your account is a little older and you have played more games, you will be eligible to play.
I would guess they use the 5 successfully completed games threshold.

I don't think so. That's just a running calculation for the last 90 days.
I now have 9 rated games under my belt. I still cannot join a team match. Why?
