Oh, and 'Zahlung' stands for payment, I tried to cut out as many non-English terms as possible, making that screenshot pretty self-explanatory, I daresay ... but hot damn, why does it take so friggin long?

Yes, this is my exact problem.

It's 5 dollars (four and a half euros), so I'll get over it, but the whole situation still sucks ...

It is all because of V3 preparation, which lasts for more than a year already.

They do not fix bugs in the current site and they break it more and more while trying to produce V3.

By the way, most important premium features, such as Game Explorer, do not work properly, so buying a premium membership won't pay off, anyway.

I just wanted to see my rating graph and game stats. >.<

I KNOW staff has read my complaints about this whole issue yet (I'm a persistant moth**fu****, I've made sure to make this issue go around in several, highly-frequented places on this site), but it tells a lot that they still haven't replied to me yet, neither in this thread nor anywhere else.

I'll give them a week, then I'll close my account. I may have lost my cash, but I'm not the toy of any of those weasels.

This former thread of mine was actually the reason that I wanted to reach for Premium membership, so I convinced myself to give it a go ...

maybe I'm unfair towards the staff here, God knows how many mails they have to reply to each day. I apologize for my tone in my earlier posts, I just want what my money's worth.

If you purchased through on of the apps, make sure the store account matches the address on your chess com account.

If that doesn't appear to be the case, open a ticket with support.
