How to cancel my diamond membership?

I purchased the diamond membership about two weeks ago. Does anybody know how to cancel it and get a full refund? It says I am able to get a full refund within 30 days, but I cannot find a way to do it online. Thanks!

Pretty sure if you run your cursor up to HOME in the upper right hand corner and then click on Account, there's a large yellow/tan box and if you click on the last sentence there's a link.

I only found the link to renew or upgrade the membership. There is no link to downgrade or cancel it.

Sorry dude.  I saw that on my account just now.  They must have very recently changed that.  I guess you have to go through Billing and file a ticket.  I'll give you the link.  Otherwise it's cancel the whole shebang and start over.  Why in the world would they change that and encourage people to make new accounts?  Probably something I'm missing...Anyway the link will put you in the system.
