How to cancel my premium subscription?

I want to cancel my premium subscription but I don’t know how, so I emailed them on support@chess.com but they didn’t respond for two days, so how do I cancel it?

go to membership and go to manage membership, and click on cancel premium membership, and you're all done
But, will you be refunded if you do so?
