have faced some problemsIf you on chess.com android app.What can I do?
At first you need to go your smartphone settings.Find the "APPLICATION OR APPLICATION MANAGER" option .Go there and find the chess.com app.Tap on it.Clear the cache and clear data then Restart your device.
Hi! I tried all of that, and restarted the app, the phone, etc. in different order, trying to get a game to work. The app crashing just started today.
The app is continuing to crash and the games I attempt register as losses

Yes I have same problem. It was best game for chess in the past but now this app doesn't work with my phone Huawei p30 pro, (my phone still have google apps). At the bottom sometimes show this allert: Invalid login token supplied. In the past maybe 1 year ago everything work just fine. I tried reinstall, update, connect via WiFi or via mobile data, I tried restart my phone nothing works. I am logged in this app via my Google account which works on my desktop pc. I can't join online games, find friend, history of my games... But most funny thing is that only one think which work in this app is adds, they show every time at the bottom but whole app somehow doesn't have any connection to WiFi or I think cannot verifi my Google account in this app and after it anything expect offline games and adds doesn't work. Please contact me for more info

The game used to be amazing, but since I moved to Google Pixel 6 the timer has been completely messed up. Sometimes just by retaking the turn back 2~3 seconds are eaten up from my time. I play bullet and I play fast, but I've been always losing because of the time and it really doesn't reflect my playing. I've already recorded videos of my playing and sent them to the team to analyze and I was never answered, and it's clear in the video that my time is just vanishing away. The best the team did was, now when I go to Google Play it shows that the game is in Alpha, to justify the issue.

I changed from normal app login to apple id login (even though I have no apple devices, you can make an apple id on your pc) and for some reason the app seems smoother. I have no clue if it will help but I always think anything is worth a try.

If you're on the beta, that was likely suggested to see if the newest code solved the problem you're seeing, not to justify the issue.
