How to get Support Team of chess.com to provide support???

Does somebody know how to get answer from chess.com Support Team ?

I have serious (in my opinion) problem on my iPhone App I rised it to chess.com over one week ago!

I got an nice answer with some questions (which I answered immediately) and nothing more!

Almost everyday I send reminders but nice (I assume) Support Team keeps quiet,...???

So, does anybody has similar expirience, and what is more important, answer to my question: how to get chess.com support to provide the support?

Maybe a related problem.

I can't send any messages to Chess.com. 

When i try, I get the error message:  An error occurred.  Please try again later.

Maybe their support system is broken.  A note says it is powered by desk.com

Since it an app issue, it is also possible they have had to refer the problem to the iOS developers. You should also verify that no correspondence has made it into a spam filter.

Thanks, but that is the link I have been using.  I take time to fill it out, but it just comes back with something like:  Error, try again later.

I tried both Chrome and IE.

Does that link really work for you?

My issue is related to an opponent.

In the past i have received the same kind of error.  I just try a day or 2 later and it works.

Have you checked spam/junk folders? And did you receive the automated reply after opening your ticket?
