how to play on my mobile?

i signed up in chess.com via facebook a few days ago. I wanted to play it on my mobile. So i downloaded the app. But when i start the app it asks for chess.com username and password. But for linking via facebook i have none of them. What can i do?

Which app is it? Mobile ? iPhone or Android?

I use Nokia E 63 which is Java Enabled mobile . I tried to download mobile application using link http://chess.com/mobile and else I tried to send that app to mobile via SMS but I did not receive SMS .

I also post the issue in forum but no reply yet .

Will you please guide me.

The Chess.com mobile app works well on a broad range of mobile phones (provided they support Java and can connect to the Internet), but some models are problematic, and some users get errors using the normal link to download and install the app.

If you're having trouble, here are a few things to try:

1.  Try this alternative link from your phone's browser:

That alone solves the problem for many users.

 However, if that doesn't work and you are still getting errors, you may have better luck installing the application via computer:

2. On your computer's browser, open this link: http://chess.com/mobile/bin/www.chess.com/Chess.com.jar

3. Download the file and save it on your computer

4. Transmit file "chess.com.jar" to your mobile phone from the computer - using a cable, bluetooth, card-reader, etc.

5. Install on your phone

well the app works. THe problem I have is it requires username and password. But as connected using my facebook ID I don't know which is my username or password. Can you help me,please?

Are you logging in through Chess.com or directly through the facebook website?
