how to premove more than 1 move at a time (on phone app)

No, the apps only allow one premove.

If you're on iOS it's not possible. If you're on Android I think it's only available in the beta app but I'm not 100% positive that still the case.

Since only one premove can be done at the time in the phone app, only phone app players should be matched against each other.
