How to report in the Chess.com?

Hello! There is a guy that does verbal offenses to everybody in the Chess.com. I said I will report him to Chess.com because I have proves. Then, Chess.com will see the crimes and he will be banned. But he was rapid and say to me: "I will block you".
He was fast because he know that if block me, I cannot the report it by the buttom of Block and send to chess entire conversation with abuses to me and more people. He is a professional of crime because he know about it to avoid reports to Chess.com.
I won't say the name of player in this Forum because he has mental problems, it is clear. So I do want more confusion.
Thus, my question:
Is there another way to report one?
Is there another Channel to report in the Chess.com?

I believe you can still report someone that blocked you but if not, just open a ticket with support.

I would like to report a player that asked me if I was GAY...once he was losing the game...then he he said that I was Really GAY, because I was from the USA...He was from Belarus....You can find him in my game history....edited moderator stumpyblitzer , or something like that...I have never had an issue until now...I am an older longtime player...retired....old man...I don't need this....Thank you
