How to Send in a Support Ticket

If you're unable to find an answer, send in a support ticket!

Look on the top right of the Help page, you'll see "Contact":

This will bring you to the page where you can pick the category and describe your issue.

 Click the drop-down arrow and select a category.

Fill out the contact information and describe your concern with as much detail as possible to 'help us help you'.  

Our aim is to respond to all support tickets within 1-2 days depending on holiday hours!
