How to upload game i played at tournament

Hello, I have a score sheet that tracks the moves of a game I played at a tournament and would like to submit it for computer analysis the way I can with games I have playd in Chess.com.  Is there a way to enter the moves into Chess.com or upload a file in certain format which can be then submitted for computer analysis.  Thank you.

You can't use outside game to use the chess.com's analysis. 

Not sure if you can do it through an unrated game with another member here.

Thanks for Dummies Chess.com upload instructions.  2 questions:

1) so once I have uploaded the pgn file I should then be able submit it to be analyzed by the Chess.com computer as I can with any game I have played online at Chess.com

2) i have a sheet of paper with the notations for all the moves so how do I get those moves properly pgn formatted?  Is there a software that allows me to input / export it into a proper pgn format for uploading

Lastly, is it possible to replay the game with myself using chess.com to record the moves black and white and generate the pgn in Chess.com playing both side so that I can then have the computer analyze my game.

Are there any analysis programs that I can download and run separate from Chess.com
