I Cannot Connect My Facebook Account

Error 735: Cannot link up your Facebook account. Another Chess.com account is already connected to this Facebook account.

But I have already removed that old account.

I am only being prompted to type questions here after I clicked the 'contact support' button. Here's the user ID: 103885384987505

Here is the user ID of my new account that I cannot connect now, but according to Facebook it was successfully linked: 103523961690314

I removed it because there is an error here in Chess.com.

A ticket to support is the only way to fix it and they will likely need to know the username on the old account.

Thanks, Mr. Stahl. I cannot contact support. Like I said when I click 'contact us', only the Instant Answers box pop-up. 

Type something in the search box and in the results, use the Get in touch or Ask option.

I have successfully linked my Chess.com and Facebook accounts. Thank you, Mr. Stahl and to the member of the support team for responding - so quickly like a bullet or blitz. I will email him/her later to thank him/her and to ask his/her gender.
