I cannot remove friends in the app

Hi, I tried to remove profiles from the friends panel, but can't. When I refreshed app (or Website) deleted profiles show up again.

I’m facing the same issue. I’ve tried removing a friend on the Chess.com app as well as on the website. While it shows a message confirming the friend has been removed, the person still appears in my friend list. Waiting for a day or two doesn’t help either. I’ve been trying for the past month to remove a friend (a random person I added by mistake) without success. I’ve also cleared the app cache, but nothing seems to work. Is this a bug in the app? Can anyone help?

i think it only clears when the person you want to remove is online
