I can’t challenge my friend

I have tried to challenge my friend but it tells me “Mr_stupe_you_are_dumb is not accepting challenge” (My friend is Mr_stupe_you_are_dumb is my friend). I checked my friend’s settings but the settings don’t have any restrictions to challenges. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I enabled this ,but it doesn't work, I want play odds game with my student , but it keep showing not accepting challenges.
