That means no account exists under that name. It was either changed or it's incorrect somehow.

Tell them to play an online game and then search the opponents user then click recent games and your friend should be there
I have a problem when me and my friend are playing games then it shows that we are friends but he is not showing in my friend section even I am not able to play games with them ,I can't even type a message to them though I have checked that we are not blocked either
