I can't play with computer

Hi everyone,

I have problem. When I want to play against any kind of computer player, I can start game and (if I play white) make first move, but after that, computer doesn't do anything. Bot is saying that "this is good opening move", but he doesn't do his move. I must surrender the game, because nothing is gonna happened. I use Firefox and to check if it is problem with browser I change for Chrome, but this nothing changed.

Is it just a problem with my computer or I must click somewhere in options?

What I noticed is that this happens to me whenever my Internet drops out, or I have no connection. 

Make sure your internet speed and everything is in order and the bot should make a move. 

Hmm, you may be right. I have connection, but it can be sth with my Internet. I don't know, I'll check it and try again. Anyway, thank you a lot.

I think it's just a problem with my old laptop. I started play with bots in chess.com app on my phone and everything was fine. So I think I have too old laptop... and this is another sign that I should buy new xd

Everything is fine now. I have new laptop and all worked perfect, so it was problem with my old computer. I forgot to write here, so sorry, but this is not actual

I can not play against computer, and they seem ot igonore it ! not serius at all !

Same for me. I can not play with bots and I reported 2 times and they just ignored me. I am a diamond member and they do not even explain what is the problem. So I confirm, not serius at all!

for me its the second woman coach in the free, she just locks up so i have to wait a day in between moves

Same problem I face too but after they don't make any move I resign and do rematch then they start playing , these are all mindgames the stupid bots want to irritate us but I keep a cool head and battle it out

If you have the app installed on an SD card, move it back to internal storage.

Why is that why does some features stop working on SD card

I believe it's an OS restriction in how some things can work with storage.
