My Revolut denied automatic payment marked it as a fraud, so then Mike from Chess.com sent me manual link do pay on paypal (with logo of chess.com, everything was legal) and I paid on wednesday and I sent confirmation to Mike. Since then no answer from him and I didn't receive my membership. Do I need to start chargeback procedure on my MasterCard?

It sounds like you are just waiting for support to handle your payment problem. Mike is definitely a staff member. It is not a scam.
