I didn't receive membership after payment

It sounds like you are just waiting for support to handle your payment problem. Mike is definitely a staff member. It is not a scam.

I am a moderator. I don't have access to a lot of Chess.com internal systems. However, I can see that a staff member is involved. I have put in my own inquiry to try to find out what is happening.

IIn the meantime, I feel confident that things will be cleared up and that there is no scam involved.

Staff work certain hours and days. It's possible he was off.

That said, your membership was applied around an hour ago.
