I forgot to cancel the free trial can I get a refund?

I want to get a refund because after the free trial ended I didn't want to keep my subscription. I didn't want to spend 99.99€. Is there any way I can get a refund?

It can takeup to a few days to get contacted by billing support.

I’ve submitted two requests now, first over over 7 days ago. I got the automatic response but when asking for the refund, all replies have stopped. Quite frustrating

According to what I can see, you are not a new member doing the free trial. Your profile says you have had a membership since January 2021.

As far as I know, you can cancel your renewal but I don't think you can get a refund.

Check your spam and junk folders. You should have received some communication from staff

According to what I can see, you are not a new member doing the free trial. Your profile says you have had a membership since January 2021.

I thought this too, but I’ve always been a free member and never paid for a subscription before so this is technically the first time.

Also, I have had an initial response where they gave me options of my next move, either change my level of membership, take the refund or stay as I am. It’s after I request the refund that all communication stops.

No. Going basic will lock the premium bots.

I forgot about the free trial and I didn't cancel it , and 60$ was charged from my bank account , I cancelled the membership now and I want to get my money back
