I lost my email and password but need to log on to chess on browser instead of app.

I lost my email, forgot my password, and I need to transfer my account from my Chess.com app to my web browser to access more features (such as arrows and explore) 

You need your email to recover your account.

You should recover your email password first.  Then you can write an email to support@chess.com and they will help you reset your password.

Frankly, you might want to try some of the lessons here for beginners. Then, you could win some more games.

That's a lot more exciting than drawing arrows.

You almost won that last game you played last July. You should take some lessons and then try some more.

I created and account but using google account, I signed up using Google so it doesn't require a password. I want to change my username but it requires a password what will I put in it??? I tried my password in the google account I use but it still doesn't work please fix this
